The bescheinigung is a
form in which the transfer of ownership of said dog to you provided by the SV office
in Germany. Without the bescheinigung you cannot complete the AKC
registration of your imported dog from Germany.
The first buyer (or importer) that acquired the imported puppy/dog from
Germany must provide you with bescheinigung from the SV which has completed
the sale and/or confirms that the sale has been completed and therefore is
legally the said owner on the bescheinigung is the legal owner of the said
puppy/dog. You must have the Besheinegung in order to register a dog with AKC. |

| The bescheinigung translation is the actual certificate, written confirmation
and/or confirmation receipt of sales. |
